Order Processing

Your order will begin processing within 1 hour of order submission during our regular business hours. If you need to cancel, or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will be glad to work with you on any changes that need to be made.

Items that show "In stock" are available when the order is placed, and will begin the fulfillment process immediately. Your order will ship out on the same day it is received if ordered before 3pm EST (Monday through Saturday). We understand that you may need your rekey kit quickly, and we want to accommodate this requirement to the best of our ability. Due to some circumstances with our shipping partners, some delays are unexpected and beyond our control.

Some items may temporarily go out of stock, however, you may request a "Pre-Order", which will hold the item for you once it is back in our inventory. You will see the pre-order option on the product page.


Standard USPS First-Class Package shipping is FREE. You can expect a delivery time of 3-10 days, depending on your location. Most of our customers receive their orders within 3-7 days, however, we cannot guarantee a shipping time. When you order multiple items, they will be shipped in one package to prevent lost items in transit. Our goal is for you to receive your order in its entirety as quickly as possible. If an order goes over the USPS First-Class maximum weight, we will upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Parcel at no additional charge. USPS Priority Parcel has a delivery time of 2-5 days. You may also request USPS Priority shipping for an additional charge.

You will receive an email notification that includes your USPS tracking number as soon as your order has been fulfilled. You may use this number to track your package as it travels from our facility to you.

*An actual location scan with USPS could take up to 12 hours to register, so even if it does not show you online that an item has been received by USPS, please know that the package has been received, and is in transit. 

Product Returns

We accept returns on resalable items for up to 30 days from order receipt. If you receive an incorrect item (other than what you ordered), we will ship you a replacement at our expense. Our product returns process is fully automated, using a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) system for your convenience. We only ask that the item is in the original packaging, and is in resalable.

Once a request for return is made, you will receive instructions on where to send your returned item. You must have a RMA number with your returned item to complete the refund process. 

We DO NOT charge any re-stocking fees. 

Your refund will be processed the same day, once your returned items have been received and inspected.
